Earn rewards by referring your friends and family to Dickens Yard Dental. You can earn rewards for yourself and your friends by referring through our loyalty scheme. For each adult patient you refer, you will receive a £25 credit to your Dickens Yard Dental account. Your friend will receive a 5% discount on dental treatment up to a maximum of £125 off.

Terms​

For the referring patient:

  • The offer applies to each new adult (18+) patient you refer from 15th April 2024, who joins Dickens Yard Dental for a full new patient examination.
  • The new patient must submit their details via the form on this page and include details of the referring patient. Our team will be in touch to book an appointment as soon as possible after receiving your referral.
  • The £25 credit for referring patients can be redeemed against any appointment type or consumable product at Dickens Yard Dental.
  • The credit cannot be transferred, nor can it be refunded should you close your account.

For the new patient:

  • The new patient must submit their details via the form on this page and include details of the referring patient. Our team will be in touch to book an appointment as soon as possible after receiving your referral.
  • The new patient must not have attended Dickens Yard Dental for any appointments previously.
  • The 5% discount for the new patient can be applied to any dental treatment. It cannot be applied to examinations, consultations, emergency appointments, treatment planning fees, X-ray/ CT scans, hygienist appointments, periodontal appointments or any consumable stock items.
  • The 5% discount can be applied to a treatment value of up to £2500 giving a discount of £125. This must be redeemed within 12 months of the new patient examination.
  • The 5% discount can be applied in addition to Dickens Yard Dental VIPatient plan membership discounts and selected other promotions that we may run from time to time.
  • The 5% discount cannot be applied in addition to any BUPA membership discounts.
  • The credit cannot be transferred, nor can it be refunded should you close your account.
